Great place. Clean, organized, good music and happy peeps enjoying themselves while making up our food. Clean tables, clean restrooms. Each time is a wonderful one. Lady at the counter had a personality, which helps with the stresses life puts us under.

Purchased burger no pickles today around 3pm. Lady gave me double burger with pickles, and no taste! Made so simple! I'm disappointed

Fantastic food, only downside is the peanut shells everywhere but don't let that stop you from diving into one of their awesome burgers and fries. Coke free style machine is also a plus

Five Guys Burgers and Fries in Longview, Texas is one of the chain burger joints but it does have some great hamburgers. The fries are pretty good as well and they give you way more than you would eat by yourself. I suggest if you go in with more than one person that you share the fries as the picture above only shows about a third of the fries they give you per serving. All around a pretty good chain restaurant and you can snack on peanuts while you wait. They have good ratings everywhere they are located which other chains can’t claim.

We went in for take out. Although it took awhile, totally made up for it with extra fries. Always pleasant going there.

I've always liked 5 guys. I got the regular cheeseburger once. It's a big size burger. I switched to the lil cheeseburger now. For people new to 5 guys, thier fries are huge. For one person, try the small fry first. Its a lot. Thier fries were the best, but recently I've noticed a difference. I believe they par cook the fries (cook them twice) Normally, they are crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. But lately they have been a little limp. Not sure what the problem is?

Great food always. No matter what state you are in. Fast and courteous customer service. Super clean. Will be back.

I love this place. Burgers are made to order. Fries are plentiful. I love the cajun seasoning. They pants in the shells are usually amazing. They even tell you where the potatoes are from. Perfect place to eat.

Always hot, fresh, and delicious. Every employee I saw was wearing a mask and gloves the whole time and the place was clean.

Ok, so this is now one of my favorite places to get a hamburger! Not only do you get to pick from a variety of toppings for your burger, if you order fries to go with your meal, you will get a sack full of extra fries! Yeah it was a little pricey, for 3 burgers and drinks and 1 order of fries it cost me in the price range of around $30! But..."you get what you pay for" as the saying goes. The atmosphere is good with good music playing at a decent level. I left there extremely full and happy! 😊🎶

Great burger. Only order one thing of fries they will fill your bag with fries. Great place i don't eat it all the time but when I do it's always good and the customer service is always great. Plus free peanuts that alone makes it a great place.

Was NOT impressed. Having the cashier coughing as I'm ordering was a put off (she did use gloves when handling food at least) and the prices had me wanting to walk immediately. $10 for a burger, they could've at least seasoned it better. Not going back.

When the music is so loud that the customer service can't hear you to take the order. And then they don't turn it down when you tell him it's too loud. Something's wrong. And compared to other hamburger places in town the value is just not there. .

The service is absolutely amazing; they are very friendly and accommodating. By far the best burger place in East Texas!!

I miss the pre-Corona burger place. Orders were assemble wrong, soda machine was empty, no tables to sit at. No napkins or ketchup on tables, lids and straws only at the front counter. $10 per person for a burger lunch that was underwhelming.

Hamburger was very good but peanuts were terrible. Tasted like they had been wet. Tried two different boxes and both the same

This place is hard to beat. When you walk in the door you feel like you're eating with family. Don't forget the strawberry banana shake the best in town!

Save your time and money. Go to one of your other favorite hamburger joints. This one is NOT worth squat. There's no seasonings on the hamburger nor the fries. Now if you like food that has no flavor other than it's own natural flavor, then by all means please help yourself. But for me, I like flavor! And this is DEFINITELY not my kind of place for flavor. Now the decor looks exactly like Rally's which also looks like In-N-Out Burgers places. If you close your eyes and go from there to an In-N-Out restaurant, you wouldn't be able to tell the difference. Shameful. BUT... Their shakes are phenomenal!!! They're light but full of flavor and not too strong but perfect 👌!

The FRIES. The dawg & then the burgers. The peanuts are an added benefit. # ONE is Coke YOUR WAY. Outstanding. A1++

The buns were mushy, soggy, and over saturated with grease all the way through both buns. The fries were covered in way too much salt, they were inedible. The entire experience was sub par.

Can't understand why this place is not packed with customers....food and service was awesome.... french fries were the best!!!

Understaffed. Slow service as a result. Staff on site working hard but only two staff present and restaurant was busy. Food was tasty and freshly prepared. Value is questionable

Not only did I get a great hot dog with the works on a lettuce wrap, I watched these excellent workers uphold outstanding standards, keeping the place clean, wearing masks at all times, and not taking short cuts on the work at hand. Great job!

Salty Salty Fries. Big fan of Five Guys, anywhere. Nothing wrong with the meal at all besides the fries. They were fried properly but there was WAY too much salt. This isn’t the first time this has happened, hopefully it is the last. Burgers & hotdogs tasted phenomenal, only problem was the salt on the fries.
